Chilliwack Election
On November 15, 2008, Sharon Gaetz was elected mayor of Chilliwack with a total of 8,889 votes.
Elected to Chilliwack city council are Chuck Stam, Pat Clark, Diane Janzen, Sue Attrill, Stewart McLean and Ken Huttema.
Park commissioners are John Cameron, Owen Skonberg, Terry Woodrow, Maggie Enns and Peter Sacha.
School trustees are Silvia Dyck, Martha Wiens, Doug McKay, Louise Piper, John-Henry Harter, Heather Maahs and Darlene Wahlstrom.
